The microphone records while you hold your microphone button. Omilo does not intentionally save the audio or transcript in its database or on your phone.
Your voice, only when you speak
Voice is sent through a secured connection after a sustained microphone-button press. Brief taps send no audio, and no audio is sent while the app sits idle.
Limited technical logs
Omilo's usage logs count seconds without the words spoken and are purged after 30 days. OpenAI may retain content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default.
